These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets for events organised by ESN VU Amsterdam (hereinafter referred to as “ESN VU”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Tickets are available for purchase by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors may attend events only with the prior consent of ESN VU and must be accompanied by an adult.
Some events may be exclusive to ESN members. Non-members may be charged an additional fee or may not be eligible to attend certain events.
All ticket purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via credit/debit card and bank transfer.
Tickets are subject to availability. ESN VU reserves the right to limit the number of tickets sold per person and may refuse sales to any individual at its discretion.
Ticket prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. ESN VU reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time without prior notice.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by ESN VU.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event. ESN VU will notify ticket holders via email or other communication channels.
Tickets are generally non-transferable. Any transfer of tickets must be approved by ESN VU in writing. Reselling tickets for profit or at a price higher than the original purchase price is strictly prohibited and may result in the ticket being voided.
You must present a valid ticket for entry to the event. ESN VU reserves the right to verify the identity of the ticket holder. Please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on the ticket.
Entry to events may be restricted after a certain time. It is your responsibility to arrive on time. Latecomers may not be admitted and are not entitled to a refund.
ESN VU reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual from an event for inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to, intoxication, harassment, or non-compliance with our Code of Conduct.
ESN VU reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including changes to the venue, time, or lineup. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders in advance.
By attending an event, you assume all risks associated with the event. ESN VU will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
ESN VU is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during an event.
We collect personal information during the ticket purchase process for the purpose of managing ticket sales and event attendance. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive communications from ESN VU related to the event and future events. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or related to the sale of tickets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
ESN VU reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or communication to ticket holders.
