The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are formulated as clear as possible. In short: By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Privacy Policy

In short: We will only collect personally identifiable information from you if you voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site, such as the browser name and the type of computer and operating system you use.

Our site may use “cookies” to function properly. You can set your web browser to refuse cookies. 
We will take appropriate measures to protect your information. We will not send you spam and we will not sell your personal information to third parties.

Refund Policy

In short: We do not refund any cancellations of tickets for our activities with a set date, except in case of exceptional unforeseeable circumstances. We will decide whether we deem circumstances exceptional and unforeseeable on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
