Join a Committee

Recruitment opens every semester in September and February.
ESN VU Amsterdam relies on various committees to handle specific tasks and projects throughout the year. Whether you’re interested in event planning, marketing, or social media management, there’s a committee for you. Committees offer a more focused way to contribute, allowing you to work closely with others who share your interests and skills. It’s an excellent way to gain experience and make new friends.

Recruitment opens every year in February.
If you’re looking for a leadership role, consider running for a position on the ESN VU board. As a board member, you'll be responsible for shaping the direction of the organization, organizing major events, and collaborating with other student organizations and university departments. It’s a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain experience in event management, and make a significant impact on the ESN VU community. Recruitment opens every year around February.

Intro Coach

Recruitment opens every semester in July and December.
If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy meeting new people, consider becoming a coach for our Introduction Days. This role involves guiding and supporting international students, for 3-4 days, as they navigate their new environment, helping them integrate into the university community, and organizing welcoming events. It’s a rewarding position that allows you to make a direct impact on students' experiences and build lasting friendships.
